Terms and conditions
1.1 PARTYPASS – is a single card with continuous period of validity from 14th of June 2018 (or on the date of purchasing/receipt of the card) until the 15th of July 2018.
1.2 The card is activated on June 14, or on the day of receipt, if the purchase occurred after the specified date.
1.3 PARTYPASS can be purchased only by persons who have reached the age of 18.
1.4 Clubs/bars/restaurants included in the PARTYPASS program can be visited an unlimited number of times during the card’s period of validity.
1.5.1 Standard PARTYPASS – 3000 rubles.
1.6 PARTYPASS cards allow you to multiple visit (free entry) clubs/bars/restaurants included in the program; to have one free welcome drink (at a client’s choice) daily at each bar/club or to receive discounts at restaurants and from the program’s partners according to the specified list available on the website.
1.6.1 Clubs, bars and pubs: for free entry you have to show the card at the entrance and get a ticket for a welcome drink. Then the ticket should be given to the bartender.
1.6.2 Restaurants and cafes: to get a discount you have to show the card to the bartender or waiter at the beginning of the service. At some venues a welcome drink can be replaced by a compliment or a gift from the chef. You can learn more details on the website.
1.6.3 Attempts to get two or more drinks or compliments for free at the same venue more than once a day are prohibited.
1.7 The owners of the PARTYPASS cards (further referred to as “Participants”) are prohibited from trying to use them at the venues related to VIP cards. Having such a violation done, the card will be blocked, but amount paid for the card will not be refunded. If you want to change the PARTYPASS card to PARTYPASS VIP, you should contact support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
1.8 Before you choose a place for visiting, you should read information about dress code, price and music policy, operating hours and planned events. All the information is listed on the website.
1.9 Participants must comply with the rules and dress code of the venue.
1.10 If repeated violations of the rules of any venue occur, in particular non-compliance with dress code, initiating fights or obvious conflicts by the cardholder, the organizer has the right to block the client’s card. In this case, the amount paid for the card will not be refunded.
1.11 Being at the territory of partner venues it is not allowed to participate in activities prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.12 PARTYPASS cards can not be returned or exchanged for cash.
1.13 Damaged cards can be replaced with the new ones by contacting support service. The cost of the card replacement is 900 rubles.
1.14 Copying, resale and transferring of the PARTYPASS card to third parties are prohibited.
1.15 In the event of controversial or conflict situations, questions, problems and difficulties emerging during visitsiting the partner venues, you should immediately contact customer support at email@example.com. The response time can take up to 24 hours.
2 Responsibility of the Organizer
2.1 The organizer regularly updates information on the website of the program and ensures accuracy of information provided in the electronic guide at the time of receipt or release. However, operating hours of bars/clubs/restaurants and other conditions can change, therefore, it is recommended for PARTYPASS card holders to check additionally current schedule on the website, directly at the venue, party organizer and so on.
2.2 The PARTYPASS program includes partners leading in the industry. Collaboration is carried out on a contractual basis. If any of the partners does not provide the service properly in violation of his obligations, the program Organizer is not responsible for such cases. At the same time, the Organizer takes all possible measures to ensure high quality service for the PARTYPASS card holders and to avoid such situations.
2.3 The Organizer does not provide any compensation for the services offered by the PARTYPASS card program, which were not used by the client during the period of validity of the card, as well as for the services that were not provided due to force majeure and technical reasons ocurred at the partners side. The Organizer notifies the owners of the PARTYPASS card about such situations by publishing news on the website in a timely manner.
2.4 The offer of PARTYPASS card does not include special events and private parties and is not summarized with other discounts offered by partners. It also does not include visiting of special events, it is recommended to check information about these events directly with their organizers.
3 Terms of return
3.1 Cancellation of the order and return of the amount pre-paid for the card is possible at least 3 (three) days before the date of delivery/receipt of the card by the client.
3.2 In case of cancellation of the order, the amount paid for the card is transferred back to the client’s bank account, which details were indicated for the card purchasing.
3.3 The customer has the right to cancel a pre-paid order at least 3 (three) days before the date of delivery/receipt of the order. For doing this the customer should send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. A fine for cancellation of the order is not charged. Cards already received by the customer can not be returned and exchanged for cash.
4 Prices and sales points
The same price is applied to the PARTYPASS card at all the official sales points. Due to the seasonal availability of some options and because of continuing updates of the list of venues/options included in the program, the content of PARTYPASS program can vary depending on the season. The organizer does not guarantee the availability of all the types of cards at all the sales points. It is recommended to check this information directly at the selected sales point.
5 Personal data
A Client submits his personal data to the Organizer while making an order via the website, by doing so the Client gives a voluntary consent to the processing and using of this information, according to art. 3, art. 15 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 ‘About Personal Data’. The objectives of the processing and use of customers’ personal data include an automated analysis of personal data for further conduction of marketing research. According to paragraph 5 of art. 21 152-FL, this consent can be withdrawn at the request of the client by notifying the support service of the Organizer.
